Jun Koyama received the B.S. degree in Physics from Rikkyo University, Japan, in 1980.
He joined Semiconductor Energy Laboratory Co., Ltd., Atsugi, Japan, in 1992.  Since then, he has been working on the development of TFTs and circuits.
