ABSTRACT
In this talk, the basic concepts of 3D displays,
especially for auto-stereoscopic 3D vision, will be discussed. Evidently,
current approaches are not good enough for consumer electronics yet.
Future technologies, therefore,
such as 3D liquid crystal lens and 3-dimensional interactive/touch system,
will be presented. By combining those developing technologies, it should be
possible for flat panel 3D displays with naked eyes in the near future.
