Technology:
Bistable LCDs have two or more stable states at zero bias. They can keep patterns/images at power off.
We have invented two
such kinds of displays: truly bistable twisted nematic LCD and truly bistable
bend-splay LCD.
Advantages:
High
contrast ratio, wide viewing angle, power saving, and no additional
manufacturing cost
Applications:
E-book and large commercial
advertisement board.

Technology:
The response time of traditional LCDs is around 25ms, and they cannot be applied directly to HDTV.
The response time of Samsung’s most recent HDTV is 15ms.
We
have invented the world’s first zero-bias p LCD with very fast response time of
less than 3ms.
Advantages:
Very
fast response time (< 3ms), wide viewing angle, and no additional
manufacturing cost.
